Conservatives See Russia Controversy as More Anti-Trump Propaganda

Conservatives see the media circus surrounding Trump’s meeting with Vladimir Putin as just another attempt to overturn the 2016 election, according to a poll by FedUp PAC.

Almost 99% say that the media are using the controversy “to undermine President Trump and bring his presidency to an end.”  Only 1% say the media is correct to make this the top news story of the period.

Following the Trump-Putin meeting, the media headlined numerous statements by Democrats accusing Trump of “treason” and “traitorous activity.”  There was dark speculation about what the President might have promised in confidential meetings.  The media also gave much attention to left-wing demands that those serving in the president’s administration resign in protest.

What was missing was any discussion of actual US policy, and of Trump’s success in persuading NATO nations to begin rearming against possible Russian aggression.

Democrats appear ready to run in November’s elections claiming to be the party that will be tough on Russia, while simultaneously opposing a US military buildup, supporting Russia’s ally Iran, and defending Russia’s energy imperialism in Europe.

American voters will have to decide whether to support the Trump administration, which follow Teddy Roosevelt’s advice to speak softly while carrying a big stick, or Democrats who shout about their aggressive intentions with nothing to back up their bluster.

FedUp PAC is a grass roots organization whose goal in 2018 is to save the Trump presidency by maintaining GOP control of Congress.  FedUp PAC is working to reveal the Democrats as far-left, anti-American extremists who want to transform the United States into a bankrupt socialist nation such as Cuba or Venezuela.  It is not affiliated with any candidate or committee.
