We don't want the usual weak milquetoast campaign typically served up by the Establishment Republican campaign committees – where voters can hardly tell the difference between the candidates.

Mr. Viguerie has outlined a Battle Plan that targets five blocks of voters with this message: 1) Black Americans; 2) Hispanic Americans; 3) Catholics; 4) Senior Citizens; and 5) Moms. Mr. Viguerie believes that if we can shift 4-5% of the vote within each of these groups (and 17-20% the black vote) we will have a huge victory in November 2020.

STRATEGY SUMMARY: The form of advertising Mr. Viguerie will use is called TARGET MARKETING – actually "Micro-Target Marketing." We don't doesn't use "one-size-fits-all" advertising – the kinds of ads you see on TV. Instead, he uses primarily direct mail, email, targeted internet ads, and social media to deliver tailored messages to each target audience – because each target audience has different primary concerns from the other. For example, black moms are more concerned with being able to get their kids out of failed inner-city schools, while America's seniors are more concerned about how "Medicare for All" will actually destroy Medicare, while Catholics, Hispanics and other Christians are alarmed by how openly anti-Christian today's Democrat Party has become. So while the overall theme of our messaging is how radical, anti-America and anti-God today's Democrat Party has become, we tailor our message to each target audience.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: Richard Viguerie has been helping build the conservative movement for more than 60 years. As a teenager, he volunteered on the campaigns of Dwight D. Eisenhower. He served as YOUNG AMERICANS FOR FREEDOM'S first Executive Secretary. In that position, he learned how to use direct mail to build YAF into America's largest youth political organization in the country to counter the Left on college campuses. Political historians credit Mr. Viguerie's pioneering political direct mail operations with helping launch the grassroots activist conservative movement that helped elect Ronald Reagan President. Mr. Viguerie started his conservative direct mail marketing company in 1965 -- then called the Viguerie Company, now called AMERICAN TARGET ADVERTISING. Since then his direct marketing company has used direct mail, the internet, email, and social media to raise more than $7.3 billion for conservative candidates, organizations and causes. Perhaps more importantly, Mr. Viguerie's company used these TARGET MARKETING methods to bypass the liberal-left media to put the facts about our candidates and issues directly in the hands of the American people.
