Subject: Barack Obama's Nominee for U.S. Supreme Court Justice

Whereas: Every U.S. Senator takes an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States", and

Whereas: The two justices already placed on the high court by Obama have ruled in lockstep with the political goals of the radical left in defiance of our Constitution, and

Whereas: Confirmation of a third Obama nominee will create a majority bloc of five hard-line radical leftist justices on the Supreme Court that will seek to overturn Justice Scalia's 30-year record of rulings based faithfully on the Constitution and ratify once and for all Obama's promise of "fundamentally transforming" America.

Therefore: The undersigned petitions you as follows:

1. Reject any compromise with Barack Obama and Harry Reid over a Supreme Court nominee to replace the late Justice Scalia,
2. Halt any plans by Republican senators to hold confirmation hearings on Obama's Supreme Court nominee
3. Resist establishment political and media pressure to hold a confirmation vote on Obama's Supreme Court nominee.
